Interactive Voice Response System
Interactive voice
response system (IVRS) installed in the office of the Accountant
General (A & G) Haryana is simple and user friendly. System can
be accessed from any where in the world by dialing telephone number (0172)
2615555. Facility is available both in English and Hindi. To use
the facility caller is required to enter numeric GPF Series Code,
GPF Number and a secrete Personal Index Number (PIN).
State Government have been assigned numeric series codes
corresponding to alpha GPF series codes. On dialing the telephone
number a series of instruction are automatically activated to guide
the caller through various options and information available in the
system. Currently information relating to GPF balance, details of
missing credits/debits, GPF advances taken and status of final
payment cases is available on the IVRS. Use these alpha and Numeric Series Codes corresponding to GPF Series for accessing /getting information relating to individual GPF Accounts, Final Payment Cases etc. from the web site and IVRS respectively.
