The General Provident Fund Account statements for the year 2003-04 of employees of Haryana State Government will be handed over during the period 21-7-2004 to 23-7-2004 to the representatives to be deputed by Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs). Intimation in this regard has already been sent to the concerned Drawing & Disbursing Officers of all departments. All the employees are informed to collect their statements from the respective Drawing & Disbursing Officers. In case of non-receipt of statements, they may please contact Accounts Officers/ Sr. Accounts Officers of Provident Fund Sections. For assistance please dial inquiry No. 2610957.

The DDOs are advised to depute their duly authorized representatives to this office on the aforesaid dates alongwith the following details of each subscriber under his/her charge:

                        GPF subscribers can also access the information regarding their GPF balances, final payment cases and Pension cases on our official Website http:// www.aghry.nic.in and through telephone number 0172-2615555 in the IVRS of this office.

The Personal Identification Number (PIN) assigned to each subscriber for using these facilities has been distributed to them through concerned Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO). In case, a PIN has not been received by a subscriber, she/he may contact this office through concerned DDO for taking necessary action.
